As many before him, Troy was holidaying in Cairns and fell in love with the place. He decided in August of 2022 to make the move from Tasmania. After using a mortgage broker on several occasions in the past when buying and selling property, the process had intrigued him. He was introduced to Phil when he arrived in Cairns and decided to change careers and give it a shot.
